What are Bratwurst?

Bratwurst is a German sausage, made from pork, veal and sometimes beef. Pineshine’s Bratwurst are 100% pasture raised pork. They have a smooth texture, a pale color, a mild flavor and are seasoned with salt, white pepper, mace, ginger, marjoram, mustard powder, cardamom, coriander and caraway seeds. We use pork casing.

Best Cooking Method

On a grill or stovetop. Brats are fully cooked, but heating before serving adds flavor & great color.
