Ground pork, some additional fat from the loin, and a blend of mild spices. Garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Our breakfast sausage is sold by the pound in ground/bulk packages.

Where This Cut Comes From

Pork shoulder is a relatively tough and inexpensive cut of meat layered with fat that comes from the pig’s shoulder region. A pork loin is wider and flatter, and can be a boneless or bone-in cut of meat. Pork loin comes from the back of the animal.
