Bones from a cow that are used to create a strong, rich, beef flavor in broths and stocks.
Where This Cut Comes From
Beef bones can consist of rib, neck, shank, femur, or other humerus bones, often cut into 2-3″ lengths.

Additional Tips
According to Bon Appétit magazine, be careful not to add to much “stuff” to your broth! A good bone broth doesn’t need much more than bones and a few choice aromatics, like onions, garlic, and black pepper so that the flavor can stay focused!
