Curing & Smoking Ingredients: Pork, kosher salt, brown sugar, bay leaf, cinnamon, all spice, red pepper flakes, coriander, mustard seed. Sauce ingredients: Yellow mustard, maple syrup, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, salt.

Fully cooked to 150°.

Defrost, heat in oven with sauce packet at 350° until desired temperature is reached.
