What are Pork Chorizo Meatballs?

Fully cooked and hand-rolled Pineshine’s Pork Chorizo Meatballs are the latest offering in our line of meatball creations! Chorizo is a Spanish sausage that can be enjoyed dried or cooked. In Mexico, pork is seasoned with bold Chorizo spices (chilies, cinnamon, cumin, lime, clove, paprika) and cooked to perfection for Chorizo tacos. Use Pineshine Chorizo Meatballs for your own taco Tuesday get together!  Packaged with vacuum seal and flash frozen so you may take the taste of Pine Island (and the nutrition of pastured raised pork) with you anywhere!

Best Cooking Method

Either warmed in the oven or on the stove.

A separate packet is included in the package, this is the fresh salsa. This sauce is meant to be cold and should not be heated. The entire meatball package should be put in the refrigerator to defrost overnight. Remove the meatballs from the package to cook and clean the sauce package with water and soap. Dry the sauce package and return to fridge until ready to serve with the warmed meatballs.

Additional Tips

Serve as is as an appetizer to chop up the meatballs and add to tacos (or burritos! or nachos!) with lettuce, peppers, cheese, salsa topping and any other taco favorites!
